Sukaran Singh is the CEO and MD of Tata Advanced Systems. Tata Advanced Systems is the aerospace and defense company of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group.

Sukaran has worked in the Tata Group since 2003 when he joined the office of the Group Chairman of Tata Sons to work on 'globalisation'. Working for Tata Sons Chairman, Sukaran led a range of new business opportunities that required leveraging cross-linkages between multiple Tata companies in industries such as metals, mining and energy. In aerospace and defense, he has helped build and now leadsTata Advanced SystemsLtd.. Tata Advanced Systems in now one of the largest defense and aerospace companies in the private sector in India and acts as both an operating company and a holding company for its joint ventures withcompanies such as Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky and Boeing and undertakes multiple strategic projects for the Indian armed forces and defense development agencies. The company has recently acquired and successfully integrated four other Tata companies that were operating in military land systems, weapon systems and commercial aerostructures.

Sukaran completed his Bachelors in Economics from St.Stephen's College in Delhi, did the Politics, Philosophy &Economics degree at Oxford University andan MBA at the University of Chicago.

Mr. Kersi Bhagat is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He completed B.Com (Hons.) from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University.
Recently, Mr. Kersi Bhagat completed his term with Tata Digital Private Limited (TDPL), where he served as a Company Secretary. Besides, being responsible for secretarial matters of TDPL and its wholly owned subsidiaries, he is also responsible for income tax function in TDPL. Prior thereto, Mr Bhagat had worked as Senior Vice President Finance, in Tata Sons Private Limited (TSPL) and had retired after completing twenty- five years of service in TSPL. He was responsible for the financial accounting, internal audit and direct and indirect taxation functions of the Company. Prior to joining Tata Sons in 1993, Mr. Bhagat worked with The Associated Cement Companies Ltd. (ACC) for seven years at the Corporate Office in Mumbai and at the Works. He had worked in Management Audit, Marketing Accounts and Financial Accounts, in ACC. Mr. Bhagat has wide and varied experience in manufacturing and service organisations in the areas of Accounts, Audit, Taxation and Secretarial matters.

I am a Bachelor of Commerce, Law and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. 

I have been in the field of company secretaries for more than 30 years having worked for reputed organizations like Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation Limited, a public limited listed company, for 18 years and Tata Industries Limited (Core Investment Company registered with the Reserve Bank of India) which is one of the main promoter companies of the Tata Group. I am currently working as the Deputy Company Secretary of Tata Industries Limited since 2008. 

My area of competency is Corporate laws, secretarial function, corporate governance, corporate policies and compliance. I am handling compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and the related Rules & Regulations; Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI; Regulations & Directions issued by RBI for Non-Banking Financial Companies and Core Investment Companies; SEBI LODR, Prevention of Insider Trading, Takeover Regulations and other  Regulations applicable to listed companies. 

I have been nominated as a Director on some of the associate companies as well.
